How It Works
With our packages we will always provide tracking at no additional charge. We encourage customers to consider insurance on any packages. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
We are a family run business and create all our jewelry with great love and attention to detail. As such, we guarantee all of our designs. But because of the nature of jewelry, delicacy, ability to wear and return, etc, we must be strict with our policies. However, if you have any problem with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days. We will review your information and determine the necessary process to fix the situation. If we determine that we are at fault, we will determine if a replacement or repair is needed. A RA # is necessary on all returns. Please do not return any items with a prior RA #. We will not accept returns without a prior authorization. Thank you for your understanding.
